Arrival Day:

Per person per day (hunter or non-hunter) @ $250

(Your arrival day is a non-hunting day, and you will start hunting the next day)

Hunter Day Fees:

All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are quoted per person per day.
Please note: No charges will apply to the day of departure, but the day of arrival will be charged in full.

1 Hunter guided by 1 Professional Hunter per day hunter day fee. @ $400

2 Hunters guided by 1 Professional Hunter per day hunter day fee. @ $350

Per Hunter per Night hunt in addition to day fees listed above, if a hunt is added after a full day’s hunting. @ $150

Rifle/Shotgun Rental:

Plains Game per day. @ $60

Dangerous Game per day @ $100

Shotgun Wing-Shooting (view package) @ $60

Ammunition:

Plains Game per round @ $7

Dangerous Game per round @ $12 

Shotgun per round @ $2

Non-Hunter:

Per day observer fee. @ $250

Airport Transfer:

Per vehicle to the hunting area and back to airport @ $400

Daily rates include.

• Accommodation , full catering, snacks, beverages and main liquor brand.

• Daily laundry.

• Professional hunter & hunting vehicle.

• Trackers, skinners and camp staff.

• Field preperation of trophies to local taxidermist.

• Trophy fees of animals in the package taken, wounded or lost. (Only Packages)

Daily rates exclude.

• Pre-issue of firearm permits at the airport for import of firearms.

• 10$ Conservation Fee per trophy taken.

• Dipping, packing and shipping of trophies to final destination.

• All taxidermy work and shipping of trophies to final destination.

• Air charters where applicable.

• All air fare and accommodation before and after safari.

• Road transportation to and from the airport.

• Baites for Leopard, Lion and other hunts where bait is being used.

• Gratitudes to camp staff, skinners and guides.

• Gratitudes to Professional Hunter.

• Gratitudes to dog handler (wing-shooting).

• 15% Value Added Tax, payable only on daily rates,not applicable to hunting packages and trophy prices.

• Leopard, Lion, Elephant, Rhino and other species will be quioted depending availabilty, quotas, permits and export requirements.

• Certain species subject to Cites/Tops quota and permits.

General Terms And Conditions

• A 50% deposit of daily rates or packages to confirm your booking and dates.

• Cancellation must be made in writing and receipt aknowledged by Basso Safaris. Deposits are non- refundable except where the hunt is cancelled more than 6 months prior to the hunting date. The deposit may then be carried forward to a hunt the following year.

• The balance is payable at the end of the safari in cash, credit card or wire transfer (No travellers cheques will be excepted).

• A Safari is considered booked upon receipt of the required deposits. (Please check with outfitter)

• Daily rates are calculated on the nights spent in camp.

• All clients must read, understand, complete and sign an indemnity before the commencement of the safari. Indemnities to be signed on arrival.

• All reasonal precautions to ensure the safety and good health of clients will be taken. However no liability will be accepted for injury, loss, illness during or after the safari.

• We recommend that you take out a suitable cancellation and medical insurance policy (Global Rescue).
